FRZ Stoch Swing Trading System is a simple manual swing trading system/strategy that tries to catch the price continuations after a pull back. This strategy requires less than 10 minutes a day and you could make a lot of pips with hardly any stress if you master the system. The system was initially designed for forex pairs but you can use it for any other pair including metals, indices and crypto.

How to use the system

Once you have downloaded the system, place all the indicators under the indicators folder and place the template file under the template folder. Then refresh or restart the platform and open any chart on the daily timeframe and load the template. Ideally you may have to load it to 15-20 pairs as you may not get trades if you use only a few pairs as we use the daily timeframe. Typically, you will be just glancing through each of the charts to see if there are any potential trade opportunities. Once you have understood and mastered the system, it wont take more than 10-15 minutes a day for you to check out the potential entries.

Entry rules

Here are the rules for a buy trade and for sell quite the opposite. We first look at Heiken Ashi candle color changes from red to blue. The previous completed candle should be the first blue candle after a red candle move. Then all the three lines of Stochastics and RSI in the sub window should be above 50 and below 80. And the current price has to be above the red middle line of the ATR channel and below the upper channel line.

Exit and risk management

We use only one percent of the balance per trade. The stop loss is below the lowest of the previous two candles. And the risk to reward ratio recommended is 1:1.25 so we don’t target crazy risk to reward ratios but we aim to increase the win rate. However if the Heikin Achi changes color in the last completed candle before the stop loss, we simply exit. Further, we do not enter more than one trade at a time.
